By confirming a booking with us you have therefore accepted all of our Terms and Conditions.

Clontopia accepts no liability for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending our events, workshops and gatherings. If attending any Yoga/Breathwork/Pilates sessions, bushwalking, swimming or any physical activity you practice at your own risk. As with any physical activity, it is important that you consult with your healthcare professional to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any medical and health restrictions that may apply to you. We urge you to wear closed toed shoes when bushwalking and advise you to stay on the paths created. The land at Clontopia is of mountainous and rugged terrain and is not suitable for all fitness levels. Snakes and other native fauna call Clontopia home and we request you are mindful and respectful to the native wildlife and land. Cruelty to animals of any kind is not acceptable and you will be ejected immediately from the property. If going for a solo bush walk, please advise someone of your whereabouts.

We do not accept responsibility for any personal items which are left, lost, damaged or used without permission at Clontopia. We will however, strive to return items if left and found at our property. We do not provide keys to rooms.

At times, we take photographs and footage on the property as well as throughout the events. In booking with us, you provide us with your permission to be photographed/filmed and for these images to be used in our marketing material. Clontopia assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfil the booking or deliver the requested service.

NO glass, firearms, explosive material (including gas cookers or bbq’s) are permitted on the property.

TOTAL FIRE BAN and weather restrictions apply according to council regulations.You will be notified upon arrival of any restrictions. Clontopia is located on a high bushfire prone area. You will be advised upon arrival of bushfire evacuation procedures.

Clontopia reserves the right to cancel events at any time due to force majeure events (earthquake, flooding, bushfire or any other natural disasters or in the case of an epidemic) or if certain conditions present unacceptable danger to participants.

If an event is cancelled a full refund is given.

If you are unable to attend an event, we have a NO refund policy unless the place is filled by another person with approval of Clontopia. Any refund given will incur an administration fee of $25. Please note this includes cancellation due to illness or injury.

Payment plans are accepted by Clontopia upon request by emailing clontopia@gmail.com.au

All instalments must be paid seven (7) days prior to commencement of event. Failure to finalise payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

We do not tolerate violence, disruptive behaviour or any type of abuse towards other guests and staff. We have the right to eject you from Clontopia at any time.
